We would like to inform you about the way we handle personal information that we process as part of our activities. We declare that we comply with the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679, also referred to as “GDPR“.

WHO HANDLES PERSONAL DATA?

According to Art. 4 para. 7) GDPR, the controller is a natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Rajtr Classic Cars is a brand name of the company RCC s.r.o. based at Křejpského 1531/6, 149 00 Prague, ID: 26691299, file number C, Municipal Court in Prague. Hereinafter referred to as “Controller“.

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The Controller processes personal data based on the legal titles listed below:

Providing services and cooperation with the Controller’s clients:

HOW DO WE OBTAIN PERSONAL DATA?

We obtain personal data based on a request from the client and the establishment of cooperation. We do not actively seek personal data. To meet the conditions of the GDPR, the collection of personal data is carried out based on one of the legal titles listed below:

the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract conditions that the Controller has concluded with the client. This applies to all employees of RCC s.r.o. and all subcontractors
processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the Controller. This mainly concerns employees of RCC and legal obligations that RCC s.r.o. has towards them. These purposes include, but are not limited to, payroll and internal communication activities
processing is always carried out only in necessary cases in a legitimate manner, which is established by the legal basis of the state
processing is based on the explicit consent of the client or subject. Direct consent is required only in cases that do not concern the above-mentioned legal titles.

The recipients of personal data are the Controller’s employees and its subcontractors. These entities have access to a secure server with client data. Subcontractors are contractually bound by confidentiality. The server is protected by encryption and the access address is hidden. Only the Controller and subcontractors know it. Access itself is password protected. All data is regularly backed up.

All physical materials or other memory devices with personal data are kept in a locked room.

No personal data is passed on to third parties or other organizations.

RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS

Subjects have the following rights in accordance with Chapter III. GDPR:

to revoke such consent at any time in the case of processing personal data based on consent,
to provide information about the processing of your personal data according to Article 13 and Article 14 GDPR,
to access the processed personal data, correct and supplement these data,
to delete these data according to Article 17 GDPR or to restrict processing,
to transfer your personal data to another controller,
to object to the processing of personal data including profiling and decision-making based on automated processing,
to contact the supervisory authority in case of disagreement with the above or with the principles of personal data processing.

Rajtr Classic Cars uses cookies on this website, which are used for the purpose of measuring website traffic. Cookies for measuring website traffic and customizing the display of websites are processed based on the legitimate interest of the company.
